How we compare — and who we are

CRMComparisons.com is operated by the team behind SalesCrunchCRM and MigrationCrunch. We are not a neutral third party, and we will not pretend to be one. We built this site because CRM buyers deserve a comparison written by people who actually understand the products — including where our own product is not the right choice.

That is why every head-to-head page on this site includes an "honest case" section arguing for the competitor. If you run a 200-seat enterprise org, we tell you to consider Salesforce. If inbound marketing drives your revenue, we point at HubSpot. If you love pipeline boards, Pipedrive is genuinely good. We would rather you pick the right tool and trust us than pick our tool and regret it.

How prices are verified

• Every competitor price on this site comes from the vendor's public pricing page, checked directly — not from third-party roundups.
• We quote entry-tier, annual-billing rates and label them "from $X/user/month."
• We also show a "realistic price" — the tier most working sales teams actually need for automation and AI — because entry pricing and real-world pricing are different numbers in this industry.
• Last full verification: August 2026. Vendors change pricing frequently; always confirm on the vendor's site before purchasing.

What we compare and why

• Price (entry and realistic) — what you pay now, and what you will actually pay.
• AI capability at that price — whether AI assistance is included or gated behind higher tiers.
• Speed and interface friction — how fast daily actions are: lookups, notes, follow-ups.
• Setup time — from purchase to a working, populated system.
• Data entry burden — mandatory fields, stage gates and admin overhead.
• Switching cost — what it takes to move your existing data in (or out).

Characterizations of speed, setup time and complexity reflect our hands-on testing and publicly documented implementation timelines. They are informed opinion, clearly presented as such.

Corrections policy

Spotted an outdated price or an unfair characterization? Email chip@migrationcrunch.com with a link to the vendor's source, and we will review and correct within two business days. We would rather fix a table than defend one.

What this site does not do

• No pay-to-play placements. No vendor paid to appear here or to be ranked anywhere.
• No affiliate links to competitors. When we link to a competitor, it is a plain link.
• No fake reviews or invented star ratings — you will notice there are none on this site.
